Creating a DTF Gang Sheet
Step 1: Download Your Template Files
Visit our website and download the template files you need.
Step 2: Gather Your Artwork
Collect all the individual designs or images you want to print on a single sheet.
Step 3: Open a Design Software
Use design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or a similar program. If you don’t have design software, no worries – you can use Photopea to open and edit the PSD template file.
Step 4: Set Up Your Document
Create a new document with the dimensions of the DTF transfer sheet you intend to use (e.g., 1m, A3, or A4). You can find downloadable templates right here on our website.
Step 5: Import Your Artwork
Import each design into the document.
Step 6: Arrange and Resize
Arrange the designs on the sheet as you want them to appear on your garments. Resize, rotate, or mirror the designs if necessary.
Step 7: Add a Transparent Background
Ensure that each design has a transparent background to avoid unwanted white space on your prints.
Step 8: Adjust Image Resolution
Check that all images are set to a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) for optimal print quality.
Step 9: Verify Colors
Double-check that the colors in your designs are accurate and as intended. Use the CMYK color mode for the best results.
Step 10: Save Your File
Save the gang sheet file as a PNG at 300 DPI.
Step 11: Proofread
Review your gang sheet for any errors, misalignments, or design issues.
Step 12: Upload to Peel DTF
Visit the Peel DTF website, select your product, and upload your gang sheet PNG using our designer software. Then, add your gang sheet to the cart to purchase your DTF gang sheet.
